Needing a trusted partner to help deliver a major payments project, JamICT invited Konductor to provide support with the development of an intelligent customer communications strategy.

Following a successful customer launch of the world’s most significant industry-wide mobile payments service, Konductor assumed full responsibility of the delivery of ongoing customer communications, working across the full marketing discipline and driving registrations of the landmark service.

Konductor led the communications stream, working alongside participant financial institutions and internal stakeholders. By collating deep consumer insight and managing internal payments stakeholders, Konductor helped to drive consumer registration across 95% of the current account banking market.
