With a background in senior-level account management across a broad range of industries covering financial services (including 10 years at AXA), IT and websites & design, Tansy is a strong marketer, adept at project management and business development.

Throughout her varied career, it is clear that Tansy’s primary passion is for people and relationships, with somewhat of an obsession with customer service. Results-driven, her second passion for projects and change management has seen Tansy win and manage major contracts incorporating tender responses, contracts & compliance, onboarding/implementation, events management and business growth.

An advocate for list-making, this busy single parent and dog owner balances her leisure time between being creative in the kitchen, being outdoors and keeping fit. Tansy is rightly proud of her lifetime achievement of reaching the North Pole in a cross-country skiing race, following six months of arduous training and spending a month on ice in temperatures dropping to -50 degrees!
