    Adrian Burholt

    Adrian Burholt

    Adrian is an IT and Telecommunications professional who specialises in business strategy and proposition development and delivery.

    His experience spans across many facets of the telecoms industry, holding positions at Cable and Wireless and Vodafone.

    He has worked in a variety of roles covering handset manufacture, infrastructure, distribution, service provision and network, through to service marketing, strategy, consumer and enterprise proposition development and delivery.

    A true innovator, he was co-creator of Vodafone Live! (the first mobile multi-media proposition) and the award winning ‘Vodafone Simply’. Latterly, he was a co-founder and chief executive of The Key Revolution, an award-winning revenue-generating cloud computing business.

    Adrian holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Kent.

    Peter Weston

    Peter Weston

    Peter’s career spans almost 40 years, and includes senior client-side roles in the leisure, banking and retail sectors, as well as board positions in advertising, culture change and digital agencies.

    His experience spans senior in-house roles within the brewery industry with Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries, finance with NatWest, and retail with Boots and Iceland, where he worked on some of the UK’s best known campaigns.

    And working for agencies including McCann Erickson, Corporate Culture and Pavilion, he worked across a range of big-name clients including Peugeot, Co-op and Marks and Spencer.

    He went on to become a founder of a successful design and communications business  before establishing himself as a marketing and communications consultant. He works alone, or with agency/client teams at all levels, providing effective communications solutions through insight and application.

    He brings an analytical approach to creative executions, a sense of humour, and a desire to ensure that all investment provides the desired commercial return.

    Emma Beck

    Emma is a true PR professional with more than 25 years’ experience in public relations.

    She has specific expertise in business support comms – Business Finance Solutions (Start Up Loans), Co Angel, the Greater Manchester Business Growth Hub, Manufacturing Advisory Service; consumer PR M&S Money, UCI Cinemas, Silentnight, National Express, Iceland, Vimto. Rocco Forte Hotels; B2B comms: – Daisy Group; legal firms including Slater Heelis and Appleyard Lees; franchise network Bright & Beautiful.

    Emma Wilson

    Emma Wilson

    Emma has 15 years+ communications experience, formerly with Tulchan Communications in London agency side before moving in-house and across to internal communications and employee engagement at Bank of America and BNP Paribas. Most recently working for the Nationwide via a contracting role at the NSPCC.

    Emma has been responsible for reinventing how financial performance is communicated to colleagues, redesigned how corporate strategy cascades, launched major employee campaigns supporting employee proposition programmes such as culture, benefits and career development. She has also been closely involved with reorganisations, change programmes and regulatory projects as well as crisis management scenarios.

    Anthony McNamara

    Law graduate and content professional Anthony has experience of a number of sectors including business development, education and construction. A highly skilled, creative, and original writer he produces content that is in high demand.

    Anthony produces all forms of content marketing. His unique style and approach has been used by start-up companies through to global multinationals to generate handbooks, guides, blogs, whitepapers, web copy, infographics, press releases, and biographies.

    Anthony’s experience of various professional sectors, coupled with a natural flair for the creative, allows him to produce compelling, results-focused content that not only delights and intrigues, but delivers a measurable impact on the bottom line.

    Clare Rebecca Passmore

    Clare Passmore

    Clare’s specialism lies in social media strategy and consumer lifestyle PR. Graduating from the University of Manchester with a degree in Management and Marketing of Fashion Textiles, Clare started her career in the fashion PR industry, working for women’s fashion house Motel as blogger and marketing intern, before heading to Herzogenaurach, Germany to work in the originals team at Adidas HQ.

    Returning to London, Clare joined global boutique lifestyle PR agency Devries Slam, teaming up with a variety of brands from Tesco, Benefit Make-Up, Sonos and lots more. After a Sabbatical travelling the globe, Clare once again headed home to London, for a role at M&C Saatchi Sports & Entertainment, joining the lifestyle division, collaborating on global projects with Reebok and CR7 (Cristiano Ronaldo fashion) and the launching of multiple fashion and lifestyle brands.

    Clare works across multiple food, yoga and FMCG brands and projects.

    Louise Bredenkamp

    Louise Bredenkamp
    Louise has more than two decades’ experience working in entrepreneurial and commercially focused environments, initially as a giftware and household goods buyer, working in the North West and Far East.
    The bulk of her career was spent as a property investment manager in Manchester city centre, dealing with high net worth clients and liaising with lenders and valuers to put together property portfolios. Following the crash in 2008, she began working with a NW-based entrepreneur who owns a chain of restaurants and a number of properties, running the operations and helping develop go-to-market strategies.

    Bernie Wilson

    Bernie is an experience content planner and copywriter and has worked across most industry verticals over the last two decades and has a great deal of experience writing for technology.

    She writes with a fun, engaging style, and is skilled in adopting just the right tone for her target readership to differentiate client’s from competitors and position them in the market place as knowledgable, credible businesses which their key market can buy into.

    Her ethos is ‘comms with a purpose’ so she perfectly aligns her writing to your business, sales and marketing goals to deliver real ROI.

    Joe Kizlauskas

    Joe has an IT career that spans more than 20 years. He built his first website in 1998 before Google, Facebook and LinkedIn existed.
    Between then and now he has worked as an IT Security Specialist for local Government, the Police and the Royal Navy, advising them on how to secure their websites from hackers.
    He embarked on a career as an Infrastructure Manager for a Premier League Football Club before moving on to work and design the infrastructure for an internet service provider.
    Coming full circle, for the last two years Joe has been advising some of the North West’s biggest brands on how to drive traffic to their websites and acquire more customers online utilising strategies including SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), paid search and data driven insight, helping generate leads and drive customer behaviour online.
